The Cox Clinic of Chiropractic was first established in Charlottesville on March 22, 1982. The original location was in the Tarleton Square building, 411 Eighth Street. Dr. Cox practiced in this location from 1982 to 1993, at which time the current Cox Building was established on June 26, 1993. The staff grew from one doctor and receptionist in 1982 to four full-time staff members and two full-time doctors with Dr. Fusco joining the practice in 2003. The clinic offers chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy, as well as acupuncture.
